Midget in Action

Here's a few screenshots so you can see what Midget looks like, and how it has evolved...

Midget 3.5

A few tweaks to the appearance, and Midget now looks a lot nicer. Functionality is similar to that of Midget 3.0, despite plans to radically change the internals. The interface still isn't familiar to most musicians, but it works...

Midget 3.0

The first version of Midget for Windows (there were attempts to copy the DOS-style interface prior to this.) It doesn't look great, but it works.

Midget 2.0

This was a complete re-write of Midget, with a purpose-built set of tools for creating the windows, menus and controls. The numerical controls have buttons to adjust the value, and the instrument selector comprises 2 list boxes.

Midget 1.3

Sporting a stylish new splash-screen, this version has a few minor enhancements, such as the addition of an additional effects column. The menus have got a few extra items added to them, too.

Midget 1.2

With a little clever trickery, Midget has sprouted a menu system! This is the most significant noticeable change in this version.

Midget 1.1

Behold... The oldest version of Midget which still exists. Not the prettiest of sights! As you can see, the splash screen still shows the version as being "beta".
