Midget 2.0 Information

Midget 2.0 is a complete re-write of the original code, and has an improved interface, which is far more complex than the original one.

It's much easier to understand because the tempo is actually in beats per minute (rather than fractions of a second), the instruments and categories appear as lists instead of numbers, values are numeric instead of in hexadecimal, and there are up/down buttons provided to operate the various controls.
